Luci's Marketplace, located in Phoenix, provides indoor dining, a unique local marketplace, and a coffee bar. Attached to this location is our newest concept, The Other Bar, which provides a relaxed and vibey ambience with a variety of drinks and specialty cocktails.

Luci's at the Orchard, located in Phoenix, provides indoor dining, a beautiful dog-friendly patio with a splash pad for kids, and Splurge - a vintage ice cream and candy shop. This location also includes Orchard Events and Catering - a full service catering and event planning service and venue - and, The Orchard Tavern!

Luci's at the Grove, located in Scottsdale, provides indoor dining, a unique local marketplace, a coffee bar, and a large patio with a built-in fireplace, heaters, and misters.

Knowledge & Abilities 

• Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant team lead/management experience
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials
• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
• Create memorable dining experience by exceeding guest expectations
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
• Drive continuous improvement

Primary Accountabilities

• Oversees good preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, good handling and hygiene standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
• Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
• Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
• Estimates food and beverage costs
• Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies
• Comducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling and hygiene standards
• Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance, schedules for service.
• Performs other duties as assigned
