About the Role:
Dematteos Restaurant Inc in Rome, NY is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and success. Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability across the organization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
• Drive business development initiatives to grow revenue and expand brand presence
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to foster a positive workplace culture
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success

Requirements:

• Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L statements and budgets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
• Experience with restaurant operations, food service management, or related fields
• Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
