Guests and owners will enjoy a personalized service and an extensive amenity suite, including a 5,700‑square‑foot full-service spa, a 1,500‑square‑foot fitness center, six treatment rooms, an indoor thermal pool, cold plunge, sauna, and steam rooms. A state-of-the-art rooftop observatory and outdoor terrace bar provide unobstructed access to the Central Idaho Dark Sky Reserve. Overview We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our pre-opening team. The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving topline revenue and brand visibility for the resort through the execution of integrated marketing strategies, seasonal campaigns, and compelling activations and experiences. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, on-site restaurant and spa teams, and Viceroy corporate marketing team, this role brings global brand initiatives to life at the property level while ensuring a strong sense of place and relevance to the destination. Ideal for a self-starter passionate about mountain lifestyle and luxury hospitality. Responsibilities Partner with DOSM to execute the annual marketing/PR/market positioning strategy based on company goals, revenue targets, and brand priorities. Collaborate closely with Viceroy corporate brand marketing team to localize and activate brand campaigns, seasonal narratives, and key initiatives at the property level. Ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach across the resort, restaurants, and spa, balancing individual outlet needs with overarching brand consistency. Coordinate events, media visits, influencer stays, and press FAMs with DOSM, ensuring experiences align with brand positioning and commercial needs. Manage integrated marketing campaigns across PR, Revenue, Social marketing, Digital marketing and distribution, including partnerships, group promotions, leisure promotions, social catering events as needed. Liaise with travel industry consortiums, PR firms, social media firms, and other partners as required. Work with third-party representation companies regarding PR and marketing needs as directed by the DOSM and/or Viceroy corporate team. Manage and liaise with creative/advertising and PR agencies to create collateral pieces and build press-worthy stories and events. Create and support client events and secure new strategic partners. Build media and marketing plans, track performance and ROI through analytics and reporting. Create and maintain a PR action plan and content calendar aligned with seasonal themes and business priorities. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual recaps highlighting performance, insights, and opportunities. Participate in weekly meetings and daily briefings as required. Lead by example with respect to the Viceroy Values and Brand Standards. Perform other job duties and projects as directed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred. Experience in a luxury/lifestyle hotel or resort background required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing/PR role. Pre-opening experience a plus. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Service-oriented mindset with an approachable, authentic, and engaging demeanor. Effective presentation skills to customers, clients, and colleagues. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
