Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a client caseload, establishing rapport and forming positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, review treatment plans, and discuss stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that focus on their unique needs and goals.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including progress notes for each client, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational policies.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and determine the best course of action for their treatment.

• Provide individual therapy sessions aligned with clients' schedules, ensuring each session is productive and focused on their personal progress.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and receive ongoing professional guidance and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on counseling individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and those in recovery from substance abuse. You will be instrumental in shaping clients' journey to wellness through evidence-based practices and a strong therapeutic alliance. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida is essential.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, clinicians will receive performance-based productivity bonuses and a welcome bonus upon joining our team.
