Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Citadel

Location- New York, New York (Midtown)

Schedule- On-site, 5 days a week

Pay- $31-35/hr. (+compensated overtime)

Type- Indefinite, ongoing contract

Citadel is seeking driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to kick-start their HR career in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the candidate experience and supporting the end-to-end hiring process across a variety of business areas. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates, acting as the key point of contact throughout the interview and onboarding journey.

What You'll Do:

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts by partnering closely with internal recruiters across business functions.
• Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
• Collect and organize feedback from interviewers and help drive timely hiring decisions.
• Prepare offer letters and manage communications with candidates through the pre-onboarding stage.
• Lead and contribute to key recruiting and HR initiatives, including process documentation, candidate tracking, and survey management.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous internship or full-time experience in a corporate or professional setting.
• Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook;
  familiarity with calendar coordination is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, with a commitment to follow-through and problem-solving.
• Self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
