Remote Recruiting Coordinator

To support a dynamic aerospace team, the Remote Recruiting Coordinator will manage complex interview scheduling, serve as the primary contact for candidates, and maintain accurate profiles within the applicant tracking system on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage interview scheduling logistics across multiple time zones Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, handling travel arrangements and expense reimbursements Prepare interview agendas and maintain accurate candidate profiles and status updates in the applicant tracking system Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent experience (8 years in recruiting coordination) 4+ years of experience in recruiting or related fields Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) Experience in managing logistics for interviews across different time zones Knowledge of local, state, federal, OFCCP, and EEOC employment guidelines
