Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement-related conditions Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture and support continuous quality improvement Requirements: Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active or eligible California Physical Therapy license Experience with proprioceptive training, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation preferred Strong manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development About Us: Proprioceptive Solutions LLC is a specialized physical therapy practice based in La Jolla, CA, dedicated to restoring movement, function, and quality of life through cutting-edge, proprioception-focused rehabilitation techniques.
