Job Duties

• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, shipment updates, and inventory concerns.
• Prepare and distribute shipping labels, orders, and shipment documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and resolve discrepancies.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in inventory control, customer service, production control, supply chain, or related automotive environment preferred.
• Experience with shipping documentation, inventory management systems, or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze and communicate inventory, delivery, and customer demand data issues and prepare reports.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing customer information, inventory data, shipping documentation, and labels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
• Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Customer Relations Specialist.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
