Assembly Technician - Medical Devices

What You’ll Do Assemble precision medical device components and subassemblies using tools, equipment, and approved procedures Follow blueprints, work instructions, and torque specifications to ensure product quality Perform assembly tasks such as gluing, painting, and component bonding Conduct in‑process quality checks to maintain compliance and performance standards Troubleshoot assembly processes and workflow issues as needed Maintain accurate documentation and production records within ERP systems Support workflow efficiency, inventory tracking, and preventative maintenance efforts Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet production, quality, and efficiency targets Cross‑train and support additional operations as needed What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred Experience in ISO or FDA‑regulated environments is a plus Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical work instructions Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team Work Environment & Physical Requirements Temperature‑controlled manufacturing setting Exposure to machinery, hand tools, and chemicals Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours) Lift up to 50 lbs as needed Perform repetitive movements, bending, and twisting #J-18808-Ljbffr EXALTA Group's
