IT Technician

What You'll Do: IT Technicians deliver Level 2 triage and onsite support for Systems, Network, and Telecom. Plan, install, and maintain personal computer systems —both new and existing. Collaborate with end users to assess hardware/software needs and deliver tailored solutions. Manage and maintain a spare parts inventory for desktops, laptops, and endpoint peripherals. Install and update hardware and software across the organization. IT Technicians train users on equipment and software to ensure confident, efficient use. Work on moderately complex applications and contribute to continuous tech improvement. What You Bring: A proactive mindset and a passion for technology. Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving real-world IT challenges. Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude. Experience in desktop support, hardware/software installation, and network fundamentals.
