Patient Services Specialist

Responsibilities Prepare front office for daily activities. Warmly greet patients, guests, vendors, and visitors. Ensure that all patient paperwork, demographics, and insurance information is up to date and correct. Collect co‑pay if necessary and issue receipt. Notify physician office and/or clinic staff of patient arrivals. Maintain accurate and timely patient information in AthenaOne and Phreesia databases. Answer telephones and transfer caller to appropriate staff member. Help create an extraordinary patient experience! Experience Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred but willing to train.
