What We're Looking For
* 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (CompTIA A+, IT coursework, degree, bootcamp, etc.)
* Strong interest in troubleshooting and IT support
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
* Reliable transportation required
What You'll Do
* Respond to IT support tickets
* Support users via email, chat, phone, and in person
* Troubleshoot:
* Password and account access issues
* WiFi and connectivity problems
* Printers, peripherals, and basic hardware

* Learn alongside experienced IT professionals and develop real-world technical skills
Schedule We operate in a 24/7 environment. Most schedules are standard business hours, but flexibility for evenings, nights, or weekends is a plus.

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
