• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory assessments-across chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-in accordance with established methodologies.
• Ensure accuracy of results through thorough analysis, address any discrepancies, and maintain instruments with routine calibration and preventative maintenance.
• Participate in specimen collection and preparation for testing as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all protocols, assist in training new employees or students, and contribute to upholding laboratory quality benchmarks.
• Foster a clean, safe workspace while consistently adhering to regulatory standards and accreditation specifications.

Education

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Proven ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification obtained within one year of commencing employment.
• Commitment to maintaining active certification through your time with us.
