Virtus Home Solutions is a growing residential water-treatment company serving homeowners in Maryland. We provide whole-house filtration, water conditioning, and reverse osmosis solutions designed around each homeowner’s water concerns.

We are looking for an experienced residential water-treatment sales representative who can work remotely with homeowner leads by phone, video call, text, and email.

This is a strong fit for someone who has previously worked with companies such as RainSoft, Culligan, Kinetico, EcoWater, LifeSource, or another residential water-treatment provider.

Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners about their water-quality concerns
• Ask questions to understand whether the home uses municipal or well water
• Identify common concerns such as hardness, chlorine, odor, discoloration, sediment, taste, and drinking-water quality
• Recommend appropriate solutions including:
• Whole-house carbon filtration
• Water conditioning / salt-free systems
• Reverse osmosis drinking-water systems
• Explain system features, benefits, pricing, and installation process clearly
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Handle common customer questions and objections
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information
• Coordinate completed sales with the Virtus installation team
• Provide a professional, educational, and low-pressure customer experience

Preferred Experience

We are especially interested in candidates with experience selling:

• Residential water softeners or conditioners
• Whole-house water filtration systems
• Carbon filtration
• Reverse osmosis systems
• Well-water treatment systems
• Home improvement or other high-ticket residential services

Previous experience selling water-treatment products to U.S. homeowners is strongly preferred.

• Can explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Is confident following up and closing sales
• Is organized and comfortable using a CRM
• Has a consultative approach rather than a high-pressure sales style
• Is comfortable working with customers during U.S. business hours

Compensation

This is initially a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Virtus Home Solutions provides the products, installation coordination, company support, and qualified sales opportunities. Compensation will be discussed based on experience and the candidate’s ability to generate or close leads.
