Patient Coordinator / Front Office (The Face of the Practice)

• The Mission: You are the heartbeat of the office. From managing high-volume schedules to handling insurance claims, you ensure every patient feels welcomed and every minute of the day is optimized. 
• Ideal Candidate: A reliable professional with a "leadership-first" mindset. We are willing to train the right person if you have a background in high-level customer service or retail management!

Schedule & Logistics

• Hours: Generally Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM availability) with rotating or occasional Saturdays.
• Mobility: Front Office and TC roles may involve commuting between our beautiful Greater Sacramento offices.
