Location: Philadelphia, PA (841 E. Hunting Park Ave)

Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000/year

Incentives: This role may be eligible for student loan repayment, relocation, or a welcome bonus!

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
