About the PT Clinical Supervisor Role:

As a Home Health Agency PT Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the provision of therapy services to patients in their home environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide leadership and guidance to physical therapists. PT Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to established standards of practice.
• Patient Care Coordination: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and make adjustments as needed.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards, and maintain accurate and timely records.
• Staff Development: Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to physical therapists, focusing on professional development and growth.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes and staff efficiency.

PT Clinical Supervisor Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in Home Health is a must
• Licensure/Certification: Current physical therapy licensure and certification in Pennsylvania
• Skills: Excellent clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and communication abilities
