Sponsorship Sales Executive

Sponsorship Sales Executives are a key component to our sales operation. The employee is responsible for assessing client needs and selling the appropriate sponsorship packages based on their assessments on a year-round basis that help fit their marketing and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Sales to individuals and businesses of sponsorship packages, advertising aspects
• Design and present customized sponsorship packages that enhance brand engagement and in-venue experience.
• Help develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship sales plan aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain detailed tracking and reporting of sponsorship performance on a weekly, monthly and year to date basis.
• Develop and maintain a qualified lead pipeline.
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with brands that share our commitment to community and to entertainment.
• Ability to plan, execute and complete tasks on time and on budget

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

• Prior experience would be great in sponsorship, corporate partnerships or B2B sales, but not required
• Ability to build relationships with vendors, advertisers and customers
• Cold-calling and phone sales experience
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects & tasks
• Be very energetic and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have an entrepreneurial approach to the business
• Be a strategic thinker that is also detail and results oriented
• Be a self starter with ability to work independently and at the same time a team player with strong interrelationship skills and the ability to work well with others
• Excellent organizational and reporting abilities (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
• Initiative-taking, goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced team-driven environment.
• Have a high degree of personal integrity
