Compensation Package
- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 annually
- Work Environment: Hybrid (combination of in-office and remote work)
- Manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts with revenues ranging from $400K to $600K.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure seamless account management.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Personable, adaptable, friendly, strong communication skills, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of coverage questions and the ability to provide clear, confident answers.
