· Perform various duties to maintain and service production machines.
· Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
· Perform scheduled preventative maintenance of production equipment.
· Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
· Work with equipment representatives to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment.
· Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on mechanical, electrical, and sensory equipment.
· Schedule and perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure the highest quality and safety standards possible.
· Perform maintenance using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment to perform duties.
· Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
· Perform all other duties as assigned or needed by plant management.
· On occasion lift more than 50 lbs.
