Step into a vital role supporting students’ growth as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year in the Houston metropolitan area. This full-time, onsite position provides the rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact with middle and high school students, while collaborating within a caring educational environment.

You’ll work Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week), with your school placement thoughtfully determined based on your location preference within the southwest Houston area—minimizing your commute and ensuring a supportive assignment. Choose to serve grades 6-8 or 10-12, aligning the caseload with your expertise and interests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license; Florida license (if applicable)
• Experienced or new SLPs confident in delivering therapy, conducting evaluations, leading ARDs, and managing full scope responsibilities
• Comfortable supporting a caseload of 50-60 students
• Prepared to complete background checks, including fingerprinting aligned with district requirements (current prints may be accepted)
• Ability to provide a clear image of professional licensure

Your Day-to-Day Involvement:

• Offer direct speech and language therapy services to middle or high school students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in IEP/ARD meetings
• Collaborate with educational teams and families to foster student communication skills and academic success
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress tracking
