We are looking for a skilled, full-time TIG
Welder with experience welding stainless steel, bronze, Nibral, and aluminum .
While welding is the primary focus of this position, we’re looking for someone who is willing to be part of the entire repair process. Responsibilities include preparing lower units, performing TIG welding, sandblasting, assisting with polishing, and painting as needed.
We’re a small, team-oriented business, so everyone pitches in where needed. If you enjoy taking ownership of your work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that works together to get the job done, you’ll fit right in.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. If you’re driven, have a strong work ethic, and are looking for a career with opportunities to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
If you prefer a highly structured environment with constant supervision, this position likely won’t be the right fit. We value team members who can work independently, solve problems, and take initiative.
Pay is based on experience, capability, and reliability.
