Pay: $65,000 - $85,000+ per year (Base Pay + Commission)

What You'll Do

• Generate and qualify leads for equipment, parts, and service opportunities.
• Support outside sales representatives by identifying sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
• Manage assigned accounts and territories.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and records.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of B2B sales experience or related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Now in our fourth generation of family ownership, our operations span fifteen counties throughout central and southern California, including Arizona. Quinn now has 25 locations from Salinas to Foothill Ranch with more than 1600 employees to serve our customers.
