Remote Customer Service Agent

Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour Job Summary As an Independent Contractor with ACD Direct, you'll provide your skills and expertise to our client companies, answering inbound calls from their customers. We're looking for top-tier customer service talent. Required equipment includes a computer meeting ACD Direct/client security specs, high-speed internet, and a landline for business use. Work environments may be audited for compliance.
