Remote Customer Service Agent

Customer Service Agents Remote Sunroof Express is in search of enthusiastic and upbeat full- and part-time Customer Service Agents to remotely join our team! In this role, you will be working closely with customers and service providers to communicate information about next steps in the repair process as well as addressing customer concerns. How we invest in you: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401k Paid time off Long Term Disability Short Term Disability Pay: $16-$19/hour – negotiable based on experience Schedule: Saturday availability required Remote Weekday shift: 11AM - 8PM EST Saturday shift: 9AM - 6PM EST The right candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience required Previous experience in a remote position required Call center experience preferred Customer focused, friendly, and upbeat Detailed oriented, exercising active listening skills Excellent data entering skills Excellent customer service skills Effective oral and written communication skills The ability to work independently and meet deadlines Desire to learn, develop and surpass expectations What you’ll be doing: Quickly and professionally answer inbound and make outbound phone calls Listen and respond attentively to customers' needs Accurately enter data information from calls and set realistic expectations Coordinate care and repair with customers and service providers Problem solve and provide solutions About Us: Here at Sunroof Express, we take pride in fostering a work culture that thrives on innovation, integrity, and thinking outside the box, all while making work fun!
