Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care in Laconia, New Hampshire. This local assignment starts on 07/01/2026 and runs for 8 weeks. Weekly pay is $853-$877 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift hours are 06:45–19:15 (local only, approximately 12.5 hours). Setting is a skilled nursing facility / long-term care environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents within the long-term care setting according to care plans and facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor for adverse effects and interactions
- Assess residents’ condition, document findings, and communicate changes to supervising RN or physician
- Assist with activities of daily living and support residents’ functional independence
- Monitor for changes in condition, respond to events, and escalate as needed per protocol
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and timely updates to the care plan

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire (or eligibility)
- Education: Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Experience: Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior start date
- Skills: Strong communication and documentation abilities; ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Work readiness: Able to work in a long-term care setting and adhere to care plans and safety standards
