General Manager

The Brookmere Hotel is a newly opened luxury property in the heart of Saratoga Springs, known for its timeless elegance, modern amenities, and exceptional guest experiences.
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations at The Brookmere Hotel. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in luxury or upper-upscale hospitality, able to inspire a culture of excellence, drive operational success, and deliver memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Collaborate with ownership and corporate leadership on long-term planning, budgets, and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and labor regulations.
- Represent the hotel in the Saratoga Springs community, building strong partnerships and fostering local engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a luxury or upper-upscale property.
- Proven success in driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations including Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive hospitality market.
