Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, guiding the development of individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based methods aimed at fostering personal growth and improved mental health outcomes.

• Monitor clients’ progress towards their treatment objectives, routinely documenting advancements while making necessary adjustments to plans as clients evolve in their therapeutic journey.

• Provide immediate support and develop safety plans for clients in crisis, ensuring they receive the appropriate interventions in a timely manner.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, as well as engage with external community resources, to provide holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years experience delivering therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
