Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a vital role within our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments, diagnoses, and developing treatment plans for individuals and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing communication difficulties and interpersonal conflicts.

• Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and job-related stress.

• Providing individual sessions while also seeing couples together to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies to deliver impactful therapy tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges. Our client population includes families undergoing transitions such as separation and divorce, individuals dealing with grief, and couples striving to improve their relationships. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
