Bilingual Warehouse Helper (English and Spanish)

About the Job

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a reliable Warehouse Helper in Atlanta, GA. In this fast-paced and team-oriented role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with material handling in a growing industrial environment. In a Warehouse Helper job you'll be responsible for:

Cleaning and maintaining warehouse areas to ensure a safe work environment.
Stacking, organizing, and preparing pallets for use.
Assisting with general warehouse duties on the floor (FL).
Lifting and moving materials up to 60-75 lbs.
Following safety protocols and using provided equipment (vests, back braces).
Supporting team operations and reporting to site leadership.

What you'll need:

Ability to lift 60-75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing.
Basic English and Spanish communication skills (bilingual required).
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Willingness to learn equipment operation (Toyota forklift equipment - training provided before use).
Reliable and team-oriented mindset.

Perks:

$16/hour pay rate.
Monday-Friday schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
1-hour lunch break.
Company-provided safety gear (neon vest, back brace).

Additional Details:

Must be open to working weekends when needed.
