Ideal candidates will have 7-10+ years of experience leading crews working on highway and bridge projects. Also, experience with earthwork, drainage, and concrete work. We look for proven leaders with seasoned technical experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you will help us develop and lead highly engaged teams. We also expect a proven dedication to Safety - this means OSHA certification and a deep knowledge and appreciation of safety processes and the ability and confidence to enforce job-site safety expectations.
