Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00); Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team. The selected candidate will provide exceptional care to adults in a fast-paced, 24/7 emergency department. Preferred candidates will have experience with EPIC charting and requisite certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients with various conditions.
• Manage patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
• Perform IV therapy, including blood product administration and central line care.
• Utilize advanced technology for monitoring and managing critical patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies, including isolation precautions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active New York Single State RN license (NY is not Compact).
• BLS, ACLS, and valid NIHSS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department.
• EPIC charting experience is a mandatory requirement.
• IV therapy experience, including starting/maintaining IVs and administering IV vasopressors.
