At Chick-fil-A, the responsibility of our kitchen staff is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, observing and continuously implementing the appropriate quality assurance and food safety procedures. Chick-fil-A is an opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds. We are looking for team members who are full-time and part-time. Team members must be available on a variety of days, including Fridays or Saturdays. We are looking for hardworking, team-oriented, kind, and honest people. Responsibilities

• Follow Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures.
• Serve in various kitchen roles while maintaining the established standards for food safety, quality, and service speed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
• Help leaders in executing opening and/or closing procedures and shift operations.
• Model and support clear communications between the counter and kitchen staff.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications Preferred

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, yet efficiently and thoroughly.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Honors and encourages others to follow the company’s visions and values.
• Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect.
