A growing staffing and employment services team in Sandy, UT is seeking a driven Staffing Consultant for a direct hire opportunity. This is a sales-focused, 360-degree role ideal for a high-activity business development professional who enjoys prospecting, closing new accounts, building client relationships, and matching top talent with hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect, identify, and win new client accounts through outbound calls, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development strategies.
- Meet with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand staffing challenges and recommend tailored workforce solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, placement terms, margins, and service expectations with new and existing clients.
- Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to client job openings.
- Manage client relationships to drive repeat business, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, recruiting efforts, and performance metrics in alignment with business goals.
