Location Milton, GA Assistant Manager Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in ensuring efficient, safe, and effective operations. Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards. Schedule mechanics/technicians work and manage outside orders. Ensure quality and timely completion of jobs. Meet customer expectations and maintain team safety. Service Manager Responsibilities Assist customers with tire selection and recommend necessary repairs. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians. Stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. Drive sales initiatives and promote Mavis products. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.
