**Required Experience and Licensure:**- Must have 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for, preferable to be within one location but can be combined.- Must have 18 months of recent Stepdown experience; travel experience will suffice.- Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission.**Preferred Experience:**- PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required.**Certifications Required:**- AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Certifications need to be active and in hand at the time of submission; will not accept anything pending.**Travel Compliance:**- One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Co-worker references are not accepted.- Locals accepted at the same BR.**Testing and Assessments:**- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive two attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.**Vaccine and Drug Screen Requirements:**- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with medical/religious exemptions only.- Nurses and CSTs are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) must be nicotine-free - negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually.
