To support a growing team, the part-time hourly California Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service to dental customers via phone and email, research inquiries, and process transactions while working remotely from California. Key responsibilities Respond to customer requests regarding insurance products and benefit plans through telephone and email Research inquiries related to policy provisions, claim status, and procedures, ensuring efficient transaction processing Enhance customer relationships by utilizing effective communication and empathy while navigating multiple electronic systems Required qualifications Must reside in California High School Diploma or GED equivalent At least 1 year of customer service experience, including call center or retail Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously while assisting customers Experience with Salesforce and strong computer/keyboard skills are preferred
