Process Engineer

Come develop your skills and be part of Terberg Taylor Americas Group. This is a joint venture between the Royal Terberg Group from the Netherlands and The Taylor Group of Companies from Louisville, MS. The Terberg Taylor relationship is the result of two-family owned companies with very similar business models coming together to build the best Terminal Truck. We will build a network for sales, after-sales, and rental of the Terberg models which are used in ports, distribution centers, industry sites, waste & recycling, and airports.

What will you do? The Process Engineering plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of the maintenance, tooling, and engineering departments, facilitating efficient manufacturing operations across the organization.

• Collaborates with other managers and leadership to set and assess priorities across teams.
• Assesses cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes; makes and implements recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Supervises tooling operations & repairs, ensuring all work is performed accurately and according to quality and safety standards.
• Provides guidance and oversight in development and execution of plant renovations and expansions, coordinates outside contractors and vendors.
• Assists maintenance and/or other appropriate leadership with programs, activities, and responsibilities of the maintenance department.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and guidelines, including EPA and QHSE requirements.
• Prepares and implements the departmental budget.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Essential Functions/Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial management, or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering field, required.
