Reporting to the Director of Strategic Workforce Management, the Recruiter is responsible for the talent acquisition needs of the organization and the full life-cycle of recruitment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that viable candidates are sourced through cutting edge and innovative processes to fill vacant positions in a timely manner. The Recruiter is a proven expert in all facets of recruitment, job description development, employment law, emerging sourcing techniques and the highest level of customer service to Hiring Managers and Candidates. THIS ROLE IS ONSITE MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00AM TO 5:00PM AT OUR CORPORATE RESOURCE CENTER LOCATED AT 2061 COLLIER PARKWAY, LAND O'LAKES, FLORIDA 34639. Education And Qualifications Minimum of (5) five years of experience in a full cycle recruitment role with at least 2 years of Healthcare Recruitment experience. Associate’s degree preferred. Human Resources Certification such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SPC, SHRM-PC or other related certification preferred. Expert knowledge of emerging sourcing techniques, systems, and operations with knowledge of Position Control functions preferred. Proven knowledge of HR and Employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Proven knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG preferred. Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated programs. Professional communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization and candidates. Essential Job Responsibilities Responsible for all sourcing operations utilizing emerging technologies and innovative resources. Fosters proactive relationship with all hiring managers and candidates. Avoids legal challenges by understanding employment laws and regulations. Partners with HR team on managing the Position Control. Ensures vacant positions are posted accurately and timely with proactive posting language. Partners with the Public Relations Department, ensuring that we are utilizing social media to attract applicants. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. Organizes and participates in internal and community outreach events; such as, hiring events and all opportunities for showcasing available positions. Creates and maintains internal job notifications for internal candidates and transfers. Conducts Intake interview with hiring managers at time of initial posting to confirm full understanding of the role and sourcing opportunities, to align the best possible candidate for the role. Evaluates applicants and administers pre-screen contact when necessary or requested. As part of the initial candidate interview, performs assessment and shares information with hiring manager. Assists with scheduling interviews, as requested. Provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits to potential candidates. Prepares recommended salary for approval by Director and prepares offer letters. Maintains an excellent understanding of the benefits offered by the organization. Ensures excellent understanding of the organizational structure and positions within the organization. Participates in the success of the goals and objectives of the Human Resources Department.
