Job Details Responsibilities Assesses, plans, implements, monitors and evaluates options and services to effect an appropriate individualized plan of care for patients across the acute care continuum using independent judgment and discretion. Requirement NYS RN License B.S. in Nursing3-5 yrs. BLS certified with the American Heart Association Recent med/surg or cardiac experience, PRI and/or case management certification preferred. Salary Range USD $49.65 - USD $74.76 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
