Senior Contract Management Professional

Description: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Contract Management Professional based in United States. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced contract professional who can independently manage complex negotiations and contractual risk. You will serve as a key advisor to business stakeholders, helping structure agreements that support strategic objectives while protecting the organization from legal, financial, and operational exposure. The role gives you significant autonomy to review, draft, redline, and negotiate contracts directly with third parties. You will collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and business teams to balance commercial priorities with compliance and risk considerations. As a senior individual contributor, you will influence departmental strategy and make decisions on complex contractual matters. The position offers an opportunity to bring strong judgment, attention to detail, and negotiation expertise to a large, highly regulated healthcare environment.
