As Customer Zero, we validate platform capabilities at scale and ensure they meet enterprise needs.About the RoleWe are seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead key areas within the Data 360 (Data Cloud) and Agent Analytics platform portfolios. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role focused on execution, platform maturity, and operational excellence.You will be responsible for driving engineering rigor across the platform, improving automation, reliability, and scalability, and ensuring that our internal data platform is production-ready, secure, and compliant. The typical base salary range for this position is $197,300 - $313,700 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $237,700 - $344,700 annually.
