Business Development Representative – ESP Hotshot Services

Proper Oilfield Services | Odessa / Midland, TX

Proper Oilfield Services isn’t looking for someone to make cold calls.

We’re looking for someone who already has relationships in the oilfield and knows how to get us in front of the right decision-makers.

We’re building an ESP Hotshot division focused on one thing—being the first call when critical parts have to move.

Who We’re Looking For

Do you already have relationships with:

• ESP companies
• Artificial lift companies
• Production companies
• Operators
• Foremen
• Field supervisors
• Operations managers
• Supply chain and procurement teams
• Shop managers
• Dispatchers

Can you open doors that most companies can’t?

If your phone already has the contacts, we’ll handle the rest.

Responsibilities

• Generate new ESP Hotshot opportunities throughout the Permian Basin.
• Build relationships with operators, service companies, and vendors.
• Get Proper Oilfield Services in front of key decision-makers.
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
• Develop long-term accounts that continue to grow.
