Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Process customer policy change requests. Take premium payments from customers. Answer incoming phone calls. Return all phone messages promptly. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Generating insurance quotes Requirements Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Must have ability to multi-task. Professional phone etiquette. Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills. Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
