Farmers Insurance Agencies in Rancho Bernardo & Rancho Penasquitos are hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
RequirementsQualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Sales experience or a client-facing background is a preferred
Proven track record of winning
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Intrinsically driven to be successful
