What You’ll Do as a Shift Leader: As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your leadership will help create a positive experience for both customers and team members. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Oversee daily operations during your shift to ensure everything runs efficiently. Lead and support team members to deliver excellent customer service. Monitor food preparation and quality to maintain our high standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care. Assist in training and mentoring new team members. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant during your shift. Manage shift schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a leadership role and has a knack for problem-solving. To succeed in this position, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the food service industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team effectively. A customer-first attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
