Document Control Resource I

SGS Consulting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train and gain access to the client RMS (Records Management System); after which, to collaborate with department stakeholders to index, verify, archive, and possibly transmit, collect/receive applicable site records/documents.
  • Note that 'archive' may include boxing/prepping for shipping to offsite storage location

Skills:

  • Experience with Document Control / Records Management
  • Regulated Industry Experience (Preferably GxP)
  • Basic Microsoft Excel functions

Education/Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience working in a regulated industry (preferably GxP),
  • Basic Microsoft Excel functions, and experience in document control or records management capacity.
  • Minimum education will include AS degree in a Science or Business major.
  • Ability to stand for up to 4 hours; sit at a computer for 4-8 hours; lift up to 50lbs
  • Position has a possibility of being extended as/if project timelines shift, but not to exceed 12 months
