This position is designed for full-time professionals, with a remote work setting that allows for flexibility in scheduling. You will engage in both individual and group sessions with clients and collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implement specific therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to foster healing and growth.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions tailored to client needs

• Collaborate harmoniously with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, running risk assessments and developing safety plans when needed.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance our clients' therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele consisting of individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Many clients are navigating complex mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, seeking compassionate support to improve their emotional well-being. Your work will contribute to empowering clients to achieve meaningful change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who possess at least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, along with a proven track record of successful client outcomes, will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
