YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Provide support to the Project Manager and Superintendent to maintain owner, designer and client relationships. Provide a significant contribution to managing all material procurement for the project. Assist in the development and execution of the change order process and the execution of change orders with the owners and subcontractors. Under the direction of the Project Manager, manage the closeout of assigned projects.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Degree in Building Science, Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred, but can be substituted with experience.
