Project Coordinator

Overview Signalink is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering and technical programs supporting Army aviation customers. Responsibilities Support project planning and execution by maintaining schedules, milestones, and task tracking across multiple programs. Coordinate communication between technical leads, engineering teams, logistics personnel, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Track project progress, action items, and risks; follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, meeting minutes, status reports, and deliverable tracking logs. Assist with the preparation of program reviews, briefings, and reports for internal leadership and government customers. Support configuration control and document management activities associated with technical data packages, program documentation, and deliverables. Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal quality standards. Assist with coordination of meetings, technical reviews, and milestone events across project teams. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, project management, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience supporting project coordination, program management, or technical teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to travel up to 10% as required. Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one. US Citizenship is required Preferred Experience and Knowledge Experience supporting DoD, aerospace, or government technical programs. Familiarity with project scheduling or task tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms). Experience preparing program reviews, project dashboards, or status reporting for leadership or government customers. Familiarity with technical documentation, configuration management processes, or contract deliverables. Coursework or certification related to project management (PMP, CAPM, or similar).
